This upgrade is essential for several reasons: Performance Issues: The existing laptops are significantly outdated, leading to frequent performance issues, including slow processing speeds and software compatibility problems. These issues hinder our staff’s ability to efficiently perform their tasks, which may impact service delivery. Increased Productivity: Upgrading to the Dell Latitude 3550 will vastly improve our staff’s productivity. The improved processing power, larger RAM capacity, and enhanced battery life will enable staff to work more efficiently, handle multiple applications seamlessly, and participate in virtual meetings without technical interruptions.
