We are a philanthropic-minded network made up of individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs and non-profits around the globe supporting community projects across America via an affordable, revolutionary self-sustaining business model.
This unique business model requires only ONE round of Sponsorship funding and includes a “self-funding” perpetual mechanism for sustainability purposes. Once fully funded, the expenses are covered
SPONSORSHIPS are used to fund each Chateau de Charite site as well as fund a portfolio of real estate investments that churns off a steady stream of monthly cash. Each Chateau shall be funded with cash, no mortgage.
The monthly cashflow generated by the real estate portfolio is used to pay the Chateau’s operating expenses each year, into perpetuity. The portfolio, a perpetual cash machine, helps minimize the risk of the project and helps alleviate the stress associated with worrying about income fluctuations and/or how to keep the Chateau’s lights on and bills paid, regardless of current economic conditions.
Chateau de Charite Lodge and Event Center will serve as the “philanthropic engine,” attracting both tourists and locals, but for different reasons. Each site has multiple sources of income generating opportunities available; i.e. luxury lodging, home & garden tours, fundraiser events, meeting space, private events, professional photo shoots, coffee & sandwich shop and a gift shop.
75% of the profit generated from these activities each year funds the grant program; FUNDING projects that make our communities a better place to live, work and play.
5% of the 75% is reserved for Sponsors Choice Philanthropy; donations made directly to non-profits nominated and voted on by our Sponsors.
We offer several affordable Sponsorship options to support Chateau de Charite, each with recognition and perks.
