To serve as many communities as possible, we propose to build 3 Cheateau de Charite Lodge & Event Center sites in exciting locations over the next 7 years, with each site taking an estimated 18-24 months for completion. A beautiful lake location, one along the emerald green water and sugar white sands of the Gulf of America and one in the mountains close to a popular ski resort.
